These terms govern the use of tudocalc.com.br in both language versions. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What TudoCalc is

TudoCalc is a free set of calculators, guides and interactive lessons for informational and educational purposes. We are not a financial institution, an accounting firm, a law practice or a health service, and nothing here is an offer, investment advice, an accounting or legal opinion, or a medical diagnosis.

2. Results are estimates

Every calculator applies a formula stated on the page itself to the data you enter. The result is an estimate, and it diverges from reality whenever:

• your case has specifics the form does not ask about (dependants, allowances, collective agreements, comorbidities, contract clauses);
• an official table changed after the page was last reviewed — each calculator shows the date and reference year it is using;
• the values entered are wrong or outside the range where the formula holds.

On tax, employment, credit, construction and health topics, always confirm with a qualified professional before deciding. Health results never replace medical assessment, and construction results never replace a licensed engineer's or architect's design.

3. No warranties and limitation of liability

We make a genuine effort at accuracy — formulas are checked numerically, and sources are listed on pages where the subject demands it. Even so, the site is provided "as is", without warranty of continuous availability, freedom from error, or fitness for a particular purpose. Decisions made on the basis of TudoCalc results are the responsibility of whoever makes them, and we are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Found a calculation error? Tell us: we fix it and record the revision date on the affected page.

4. Permitted use

You may use the site freely, including for your own professional and commercial purposes (quoting a job, checking a payslip, preparing a class). You may not:

• scrape the site at scale, overload it, or attempt to circumvent its protections;
• republish page content as your own — the texts, worked examples and interactive lessons are original work protected by copyright;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Embedding on another site

Calculators may be embedded on other sites via iframe, using the /en/embed/<calculator> address. Permission is free and holds as long as the credit link back to TudoCalc stays visible, as it ships by default. Removing the credit, altering the calculations or presenting the tool as your own is not permitted.

6. Advertising and links

The site is free and supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense as described in the Privacy Policy, always in a restrained format — no pop-ups, no full-screen interstitials, no autoplay sound. Links to third-party sites are offered for usefulness; we neither control nor endorse their content.

7. Changes and contact
