How the calculation works

The proportional 13th is salary × (months worked ÷ 12). A month with 15+ days worked counts as a full month.

It is paid in two installments: the 1st (half of gross) with no deductions, and the 2nd with INSS and income tax.

When do I get the 13th?

The 1st installment by Nov 30 and the 2nd by Dec 20.
