How the calculation works
The calculator measures the exact gap between two birth dates — in full years, months and days — respecting the real calendar (varying month lengths and leap years).
It's not just "subtract the years": someone born in December and another in January the next year differ by "1 year" on paper but only ~1 month in age.
Example
Born 10/03/1990 and 25/07/1993: the gap is 3 years, 4 months and 15 days.
Examples
- Siblings born in 2015 and 2019: ~4 years exact in years, months and days.
- A couple with close dates: the gap shows in months and days, not just years.
